in our San Francisco portfolio.
Fully leased to Wells Fargo Bank, the 33-story office tower between Fremont and Beale Streets was Columbia’s first
acquisition in San Francisco and accounts for nearly a quarter of our revenues from the market. Constructed in 1979,
the tower has been modernized by over $80 million in capital investments and tenant improvements over the past
nine years. In July 2017, Columbia contributed the property to our joint venture with Allianz Real Estate, and Allianz
now holds a 22.5% interest in 333 Market Street.
