Columbia has commenced a full redevelopment of 101 Franklin (formerly 250 Church Street), a 16-story office building in TriBeCa between Franklin and Leonard Streets. Acclaimed architect Rafael Vinoly is drafting plans for a complete transformation of the 1948 building, which will offer premium boutique office space for discerning tenants and will benefit from very limited competing supply in the highly sought-after TriBeCa neighborhood.
