Bryan Rubin

As Executive Vice President of Investments and Development for Columbia Property Trust, Bryan Rubin is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing investment and development opportunities across the firm's target markets on both the East and West Coasts.

Mr. Rubin joined Columbia in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and finance. He has led over $4 billion in closed transactions spanning senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and opportunistic equity across all major property types. He has also developed more than one million square feet of residential and hospitality assets.

Prior to joining Columbia, Mr. Rubin founded Laurel Capital Management, a real estate investment firm focused on structured subordinate capital investments. He previously spent nearly 8 years at The Davis Companies as Senior Vice President, originating, underwriting, structuring and executing investments in multifamily, industrial, office, retail, life science, and hospitality assets throughout major East Coast markets.

Earlier in his career, he spent 5 years at Madison Realty Capital as a Vice President focusing on acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. Mr. Rubin began his career in investment banking with RBC Capital Markets.

Mr. Rubin holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, with a concentration in real estate, and a BBA in finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. He serves on the advisory board of NYPEN Real Estate.

He resides on Long Island with his wife and three daughters.
