We use these competencies to grow value across our high-quality, well-leased portfolio while maintaining a strong balance sheet.
We strive to maximize returns at our properties through proactive management, exceptional tenant service, creative leasing and value-enhancing capital improvements. Our objective is to position each of our buildings to be competitive within the top tier of their markets in order to drive strong rental rates and high occupancy. To enhance value and growth in our portfolio, we also pursue select development opportunities in our target markets.
We also seek to operate efficiently, responsibly and always in the best interest of our stakeholders. We are proud to have the majority of our buildings ENERGY STAR®-certified and half of our portfolio LEED®-certified.
