Jeremy Woods

As Senior Vice President at Columbia Property Trust, Jeremy Woods oversees execution of the portfolio strategy for Columbia and its joint venture partners and separate account clients. In this role, he leads all aspects of asset management and financial strategy across a national office portfolio, including business planning, asset performance optimization, strategic transactions, and institutional partner reporting and communications.

Prior to joining Columbia, Mr. Woods held senior roles at RXR, JPI, and Brookfield. At RXR, he directed financial strategy and budgeting for a multi-billion-dollar mixed-use development pipeline. At JPI, he led the Financial Planning & Analysis function for a multi-billion-dollar multifamily development platform, including initiatives to evaluate strategic alternatives to EB-5 capital. At Brookfield, he focused on capital markets transactions and debt financings across the firm’s real estate platform.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Woods was a key member of the Capital Markets team at Forest City Realty Trust, where he led the structuring and execution of transformative real estate transactions. Mr. Woods began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Woods holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University.
